Your Writing Practices
I always liked to write, since I was a kid, although I had never intended to be a writer. Recently my mind has changed because the writing process (more than the final text) has given me the power to express myself, even if only to ... myself.
After spending years writing letter to my friends, sending messages over the internet, producing bits of writing to the company I work for, I came to a conclusion that I want to express myself in a more profound way, as a writer. And that has led me to this course.
I have good and ingenious ideas (people tells me that) and when I attempt to do some writing, the difficult begins. I get good reviews about the idea I had, about my intention, but not exactly the way I express the message I want to convey. This kind of feedback used to let me down but I know I see it as a challenge that will led me to become a better writer. I know I can express my ideas in a more meaningful and clear way so people can understand. I need to practice the techiniques in order to organize my ideas.
I hope to gain even more confidence and even more knowledge from this course. I expect to practice and follow the advices given. And I expect from the other members of the course to walk together this same path to a better writing life.
